Welling and his wife Margaret; loving grandfather of Andrew "AJ" Welling; dear brother of Jeffrey Welling and his wife Kathleen and Douglas Welling and his wife Shelly.
Friends may call at the family owned Ruck-Towson Funeral Home, 1050 York Road (at beltway exit 26) on Thursday, December 12, 2024, 2-4 & 6-8 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 13, 2024, 10:30 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment private.
