On November 17, 2012, William F. Seip, beloved husband of Phyllis E. (nee Groepler), loving father of Karen L. Dembeck and her husband Brian B. and Martha G. Seip, brother of the late Daniel D. Seip and his wife Grayce, dear grandfather of Gregory D. Dembeck and his fiancé Lisa Dempster, Patrick R. and Jeffrey B. Dembeck.
Mr. Seip retired in 1993 as a Research Chief Chemist from B.B.L. Becton-Dickinson. He was formerly with Johns Hopkins University as a research associate and was also involved in Y.F.C. of Baltimore.

Friends may call at the family owned Leonard J. Ruck, Inc. Funeral Home, 5305 Harford Road (at Echodale) Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. There will be additional visitation at the Ludwick Funeral Home in Kutztown, PA and an interment at the Fairview Cemetery.
