On August 28, 2012, E. William "Bill" Scriba; beloved husband of the late Elinor W. Scriba; devoted father of Laura Scriba Parks, and James W. Scriba and his wife Deborah Ford-Scriba; dear brother of Genevieve B. Miller, the late Verna J. Guercio, and the late Henry Douglas Scriba.


The family will receive friends at Ruck Towson Funeral Home Inc., 1050 York Rd. (Beltway Exit 26) on Thursday, September 6 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Shrine of the Sacred Heart, Mt. Washington on Friday, September 7 at 10 AM. Internment following at Druid Ridge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, family members have requested that memorial contributions be sent to: The Elinor and E. William Scriba Scholarship Fund at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, 100 International Drive, Baltimore, MD 21202-1099.
