William "Bill" Gary Neiser, Sr. age 88 of Hagerstown, MD was promoted to Glory on September 21, 2026. Bill was born on February 21, 1938 to his late mother Margaret Elizabeth Neiser in Harford County, Maryland. Bill was a member of the Salvation Army where he was active in the Men's Club and League of Mercy. Bill retired after many hard years of working at Craig Paving. Bill liked to fish, be outside in the sun, tinker around, zap you with a good one liner, and above all spend time with his family. Bill is proceeded in death by wife of 57 Years Constance "Connie" Lucille Neiser.  He is survived by his children William Gary Neiser, Jr. (Heidi), the late Clifford James Neiser (Melissa), Mary Elizabeth McPherson (Tom), Michael Lynn Neiser (Kristen). Bill is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and his late wife's sisters, and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit at The Salvation Army (525 George Street, Hagerstown, MD. 21740) on Saturday September 26, 2026 from 9-11 AM where a funeral service will be held Saturday at 11:30 AM. Interment Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Salvation Army.
