On December 10, 2010, William "Denny" Franks; beloved husband of Keiko Franks; loving father of Tracy Franks, Mark Franks,Gail Keyes, Kaoru Lenahan, Tina Franks, Dawn Louro and the late Margaret Franks; cherished grandfather of 15 grandchildren. Also survived by sister Nancy Bundy.

The funeral service will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk Inc. 7922 Wise Avenue on Wednesday at 11 AM. Interment at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Friends may call on Tuesday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. In Lieu of flowers, please make donations in his name to either the Sparrows Point High School Alumni Association, Inc., P.O.
