On March 21, 2010 William J. Franke; beloved husband of the late Mildred C. Franke (nee Conrad); devoted father of Nancy Franke-Ritter and her husband Robert, William J, Franke and his wife Deedra, M. Jane Clow and her husband Fred, Kenneth M. Franke and his wife Ginny and Robert J. Franke and his wife Darlene. Dear grandfather of Jamie, Emily, Graham, Sean, Erich, Kimberly, Michelle and Chrissy. Also survived by multiple great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Rd. (beltway exit 26) on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Matthew Church on Friday at 10:00am. Interment private. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
