On March 2, 2011, William J.C. Dulany, passed away at home in Lutherville after a long illness. Mr. Dulany was born December 3, 1924 in Baltimore. He was predeceased by son William J.C. III. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Lee, and his son Rob. Mr. Dulany was raised in Baltimore and served in the U.S. Marine Corp. in the Pacific during World War II. After graduating from Loyola College and becoming a civil engineer, he spent his career as a manager for Armco Steel. From 1982 to 1984 he served as President of the Baltimore Country Club and continued to be a member until his passing.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
