On March 8, 2010, William A. D. Parker, Jr., devoted husband of the late Helen R. Parker (nee Snyder), beloved father of Linda C. Fowler and her husband Albert Fowler, Deborah Stice and her husband Philip Stice, grandfather of Rebecca and Brett Fowler, George Poe, Jessica Rohrbaugh and Christopher Stice, great-grandfather of 4 great-grandchildren, and brother of the late Elmira Patterson and her daughter Sally Patterson.

A receiving of friends will be held at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Rd. (beltway exit 26A), on Wednesday from 1-2pm at which time a memorial service will begin.
