On August 1, 2012 William Boulton Kelly, Jr.; Survived by his loving wife, Ellen Harvey Kelly; father of Ellen Curran K. Wooten her husband Sim, William B. Kelly, III, his wife Marnie, Katharine F.B.K. Crowley her husband Paul, Jean K. Cook her husband Geb, George W. Kelly his wife Marietta, Lucy K. Haus her husband Kevin; 19 wonderful grandchildren, son of the late William Boulton Kelly, Sr. and Katharine Bulkley, brother of the late Lucy K. Meacham and grandson of the late Dr. Howard Atwood Kelly and Laetitia.

A Memorial Service will be celebrated at the Church of the Redeemer on September 8 at 2 P.M. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in his memory to The Liriodendron Foundation, Inc.
