On November 11, 2011, Wallace F. Smith, Jr.. Beloved husband of the late Kathleen C. Smith, loving father of Wallace F. "Chip" Smith, III and his wife Sheryl, Steven J. Smith and his wife Felicia M., Christopher L. Smith and his wife Heather and Marianne Clark and her companion Walter Hall,loving companion Dorothy M. Stern, brother of the late John A. Smith, Sr. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Ursula Church Wednesday 9:30 a.m. Interment Gardens of Faith Cemetery. Friends may call at the family owned Leonard J. Ruck, Inc. Funeral Home, 5305 Harford Road (at Echodale) Monday and Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Memorial and Honor Program St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
