On June 10, 2010 VERNON C. BOWIE beloved husband of Jane I. Bowie (nee Gumpman). Devoted father of Diane R. Earnest and her husband Joseph R. of Glen Burnie, MD, Pamela B. Lankford and her husband Bradley P. of Bel Air, MD, Kimberly B. Peters and her husband Robert E. of Middletown, MD. Loving grandfather of Ashley and Alex Lankford, Brittany Earnest, Zachary and Sydney Peters. Brother of David, John, Leroy, Deryl Bowie, Winifred Lanehart, Esther Pirnie and Joan Lewis. Also survived by sisters and brothers-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
