On May 4, 2012 Tyler Lake Blaize; beloved son of Albert B. and Claudia W. (nee Lake) Blaize; devoted brother of Travis Albert and Tanner Robert Blaize; loving partner of Savannah Rath; adoring father of Burke Blaize; cherished grandson of Betty and the late Robert Lake; also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, numerous friends as well as by Savannah's loving family her mother Sarah Rath; grandparents Robert and Margaret Butler; siblings Cassidy and Sean Rath and her extended loving family.
