On June 27, 2026, Tina Marie Shifflett, beloved wife of the late David Shifflett, devoted mother of Heather Lawson Rinker and her husband John II, loving grandmother of Alexis Kline and her fiancé Jason Walker and John Rinker III, cherished great-grandmother of Lyla Walker, beloved daughter of the late Austin and Esther Martin Jr., dear sister of the late Jerry and Richard Martin.  Also survived by her loving companion Mike Bruns.

The family will receive friends at the family-owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk Inc. 7922 Wise Ave on Tuesday (7/7/2026) from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM, where a memorial service will also be held on Tuesday at 7 PM.  Interment private.
