On February 19, 2026, Tina M. Bankard (nee Barranco) died peacefully in Lutherville, Maryland. Tina is survived by her beloved husband Joseph F. Bankard, her son Matthew Biddle, her stepson Joseph Bankard, Jr and his wife Dana and by her stepdaughter Amanda Bankard. She is the cherished grandmother of Caden Biddle, Cole Biddle, Drew Biddle, and Emma Bankard and the sister of Vincent Barranco and his wife Iris. Tina is predeceased by her parents Salvatore Barranco and Darlene Benton Barranco. Also surviving are other relatives and many friends.

The family will receive friends at the family-owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Road Towson, Maryland 21204 (Beltway exit 26) on Thursday, February 26, 2026, from 2PM-4PM and 6PM-8PM. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 10AM in St. Joseph Church 105 Church Lane, Cockeysville, Maryland 21030. Interment, New Cathedral Cemetery at 12Noon. In lieu of flowers, the family will appreciate memorial contributions in memory of Tina to the National Breast Cancer Foundation www.nationalbreastcancer.org
