On February 21, 2012, Thomas Brian Whalen, retired Baltimore City Police Officer, beloved husband of the late Maryland B. Whalen (nee Bevans); companion of Marsh Schwenninger; dear cousin of Tony Jeffreys and Joseph Rolland and great-cousin of Denise Harrah, Darlene Calvert, and Gina Solbskey; also survived by his beloved dog Count Charlie.
