Rutley (nee Shea) devoted father of Thomas Rutley (Carole), Patricia Hook (Thomas), and Carolyn Atkins (Robert); loving grandfather of Patricia Johnson (Earl), Jennifer Smith (Arthur), Teneall Gilbert (Jason), Travis Hook, Bethy Atkins, Katie Atkins, and Dianna Atkins; beloved great-grandfather of Kyle, Shane, Garrett and Evan.
