Rukstelis beloved husband of Debra Ann Rukstelis (nee Rolfes); devoted father of Thomas Andrew Rukstelis; loving grandfather of Vincent Thomas Rukstelis; loving son of Margaret E. and the late Thomas J. Rukstelis; dear brother of Regina M. Rukstelis; son in law of Betty J. and the late George W. Rolfes; also survived by many other family members.
