On August 31, 2025, Thomas Gregory Kelbaugh passed away peacefully in Perry Hall, Maryland at the age of 82.

Thomas was the beloved partner of Nancy Bevard and a devoted father to Kymberly Martin and Douglas Kelbaugh (and his wife, Sarah). He was also a loving grandfather to Carter Martin, Cameron Kelbaugh, and Braden Kelbaugh.

He is survived by his dear siblings: David Kelbaugh, Ronald Kelbaugh, Michael Kelbaugh, John Kelbaugh, and Debbie Sparks. He was preceded in death by his sister, Joan Carol Bauer, and his brother, Edward Tilden Kelbaugh Jr.

In addition, Thomas is lovingly remembered by Nancy's children: Heather Myers, Jessie Swedberg, and Shane Carroll, as well as her grandchildren: Zachary Myers, Rachel Myers, Adeline Swedberg, Jacob Swedberg, Samuel Carroll, and Fionn Carroll.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Isaac Jogues Church, 9215 Old Harford Road, Parkville, MD 21234, on October 3, 2025, at 10:00am. The wake will follow at Liberatores Restaurant, 9515 Deereco Rd., Timonium, MD 21093, from 12:00pm to 3:30pm.
