On June 5, 2026, Thomas F, Higgins died peacefully in Towson, Maryland. He is the beloved husband of Anne B. Higgins (nee Bourke) and the devoted father of Thomas F. Higgins and his wife Meghan, James P. Higgins and his wife Megan, and the late John J. Higgins. He is the cherished grandfather of Piper, Liam, Owen and Corrine Higgins. Thomas is also survived by his siblings, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc.  1050 York Road Towson, MD 21204 on Thursday, June 11, 2026 from 4PM-7PM. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Church of the Immaculate Conception on Friday, June 12, 2026 at 11AM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family will appreciate memorial contributions to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, 200 Ware Avenue Towson, Maryland 21204
