On January 20, 2011, Theresa Fiastro (nee Panzarella); beloved wife of the late Ferdinand Fiastro; devoted mother of John C. Fiastro, D.D.S. and his wife Eva, D.D.S., J. Fred Fiastro, M.D. and his wife Liz Wack, M.D. and Virginia F. Chapa and her husband Bob, M.D.; special friend and companion of Edward Goetz; loving sister of Josephine Hudson and her husband Bill, Helen Cicone and her husband Frank, Carl Panzarella and his wife Marie and the late Russell, Leona, Phillip and John Panzarella; also survived by 8 grandchildren.
