On May 5, 2011 Sharlene P. Thompson (nee Parthree); beloved wife of the late Col. John A. Thompson, Sr.; devoted mother of John A. Thompson, Jr. and his wife Margie, Robert E. Thompson and Lynn M. Applegate; dear sister of Gerald Kirchner and the late Richard Parthree; grandmother of Jessica, Bryan, Julie, Lauren, Kelly, Stephanie, Jenny and Matthew.

A funeral service will be held at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Rd. (beltway exit 26) on Monday at 9:00AM. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. Friends may call on Sunday 2-4 & 6-8PM.
