On April 14, 2012 Sallie Province Mink; devoted mother of Emily Mink Frank and husband David, Toby M. Mink and wife Nicole and Jamie C. Mink; loving grandmother of Connor and Abigail Frank; sister of Dr. William D. Province, II and wife Florencia and Lillian Province-Anderson and husband Richard. Also survived by Miles Mink.
