Kiessling, III and his wife Deborah and Mary Carol Stewart and her husband Gary; sister of Frank Phillips, Sr., Norman Phillips and the late David Phillips, John Phillips and Margaret DeBaugh, grandmother of John, David and his wife Jessica, Eric, Brent and Christopher.
