On July 14, 2026, Rosemarie S. Russell (nee Stanek) passed away peacefully in Towson, MD. She was the beloved wife of the late William Thomas Russell, Jr.; devoted mother of Anne Rossi, Elizabeth Ruppert, and William T. Russell, III; loving grandmother of 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; dear sister of DeSales Miles and the late Francis "Buddy" Stanek.

Mrs. Russell will lie-in-state at the Stella Maris Chapel on Monday, July 20th, from 10-10:30am at which time the Funeral Mass will be celebrated. The interment will follow at New Cathedral Cemetery.
