Perkins (nee Villa), special education teacher for children with learning differences for over 25 years, beloved wife of Robert Mitchell Perkins, Jr.; devoted mother of Lauren Amy Perkins and Robert M. Perkins (Trey), III; also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
