On September 18, 2026 Rosalind Kerns passed away surrounded by her loving family. Rose was the beloved wife of the late William G. Kerns, Sr. devoted mother of the late William G. Kerns, Jr., Mary Ann Wittekind (William), Susan D. Kramer (Don), Janet M. Kerns, Clifford L. Kerns, and Timothy L. Kerns; cherished grand mother of 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren; dear sister of Leora E. Wenrich, the late Betty J. Donahue, the late Donna M. Dulaney, the late Raymond E. Dulaney, Jr., the late Robert A. Dulaney, the late James N. Dulaney, the late Richard T. Dulaney, the late David D. Dulaney, and the late Roger D. Dulaney.

A Funeral service will be held at the family-owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc. 7922 Wise Avenue on Wednesday September 23, 2026 at 11 AM. Friends may visit on Wednesday 9-11 AM the funeral hour. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter (BARCS) www.barcs.org
