Obituary

Robert "Bob" W. Felber, Jr.

After spending the last few years missing the love of his life, Robert "Bob" W. Felber, Jr. has returned to the side of his beloved wife and soulmate, Patrice Felber (nee Lauer). While those who loved him will miss him dearly, there is comfort in knowing that he is once again with the woman who held his heart.

Bob was a truly kind and generous man, the very definition of "salt of the earth." His gentle spirit, warm smile, and caring heart left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him. His presence brought comfort, his friendship brought strength, and his love left an enduring mark on the hearts of his family and friends.

Bob's kindness was not expressed through grand gestures, but through the countless quiet ways he showed up for others. He was dependable, thoughtful, and selfless, the kind of man who made people feel valued simply by being himself. His love, generosity, and sincere goodness will be remembered always.

He was the beloved husband of the late Patrice Felber (nee Lauer); beloved son of the late Mary C. Felber (nee Hartner) and the late Robert W. Felber, Sr.; loving uncle of Chris Lauer and Danielle Welsh and her husband, Mike Welsh; and cherished Uncle Bob to his great-nephews, William and Charlie Welsh and Jordy Lauer, and his great-niece, Maggie Lauer. He was also the beloved friend of Danny Mattio, whose friendship meant so much to him throughout the years.

Family and friends were at the center of Bob's life. He treasured time spent with those he loved and found joy in life's simple moments. Whether lending a helping hand, sharing a story, or offering quiet support, Bob always put others before himself. He never sought recognition for his kindness, but instead showed it through countless acts of generosity, loyalty, and compassion. To know Bob was to know someone you could always count on.

Though our hearts are saddened by his passing, we find peace in knowing that Bob is once again with Patrice, the love of his life. Their separation was far too long for him, and now they are together once more.

Bob will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever cherished by his family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by his kindness.

Interment will be private. Family and friends will gather to celebrate Bob's life at a later date.
