On November 18, 2025, Richard Leroy Weise passed away at the age of 93 surrounded by family. He is survived by his beloved wife of 66 years, Letitia (Tish) Dryden Weise. Beloved father of Elizabeth (Beth) Weise Ratrie (Harry "Hank" Ratrie the 3rd). Loving grandfather to Sarah (Sally) Ratrie and Margaret (Maggie) Ratrie (Peter Thometz). Also survived by his nephew William D. Weise and his son William N. Weise (Hannah). His nephew Michael D. Weise (Tricia) and their children; David Weise (Giorgia), Melissa Hartley (Nick), and Allison Barton (Carter). His niece Nancy A. Hawkins (Jay) and their children; Jennifer Hawkins, Katie Bourg (Max) and William Hawkins.

A Memorial service to take place at the Cathedral of the Incarnation, 4 E University Pkwy Baltimore, MD 21218 on Friday, December 12, 2025 at 3 PM.
