On May 13, 2025 Richard Thomas Smith passed away after a long hard-fought battle. Richard is survived by his devoted children Todd Smith, Tim Smith, and Shane Smith; cherished grandchildren Alyssa Smith and Kaiden Smith; loving great-grandchild Kylo Puckett; dear sisters Loretta Horstman and Jane Claridge, dear brother Donald Smith.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Charm City Moose Lodge 70  (7418 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21224) on Saturday May 31, 2025 from 12-3 PM. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Baltimore Leukemia Society www.lls.org
