On November 10, 2010 Richard Franklin Scott, Sr. beloved husband of Ruth Mary Scott (nee Leutner) , loving father of Richard Franklin Scott, Jr., and his wife Fran J. Scott, and David Thomas Scott, dear brother of Edward Scott, also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc. 7922 Wise Avenue on Monday at 12 noon. Friends may call on Sunday from 3-5 7-9 PM. Interment Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery.
