On November 15, 2025, Richard Gale Neikirk, beloved husband of Sandra L. Neikirk; devoted father of Kevin A. Neikirk and his significant other Alyssa Tischler and Nicole M. Rose and her husband Jason; loving grandfather of Addison and Mackenzie Rose.

Visitation will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc., 7922 Wise Ave. on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A funeral service will begin at 7 PM. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his memory to BARCS at www.barcs.org or to the Maryland SPCA at www.mdspca.org.
