Regina Cecilia Kirby

Regina Cecilia Kirby, 89, of Nottingham, MD, formerly of Pembroke Pines, FL, peacefully passed in her sleep on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, is preceded in death by her husband Harry W. Kirby, and survived by her sister, Celeste Gallagher, and her children, Ms. Michele Bortmes, Mrs. Kim Calao, Mrs. Dawn Dillon and Dr. Stephen Kirby, along with 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. 

Viewing will be Friday, November 6 at Ruck Towson Funeral Home (Beltway exit 26) from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM with a service the following day, November 7 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Perry Hall. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to your local animal shelter.
