On November 15, 2012 Ralph Louis Banks, Jr. devoted husband of Mitsuko Banks (nee Kimura); loving father of Christine Palamara (Christopher); dear grandfather of Rocco Palamara, and beloved brother of Kenneth Banks.
A memorial service will be held at the family-owned Leonard J. Ruck, Inc. Funeral Home, 5305 Harford Road (at Echodale) on Saturday November 24, 2012 at 3 PM. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1-3 PM.
