On June 28, 2010 Philip A. Rapisarda beloved husband of the late Blanche C. Rapisarda (nee DeVincentis) devoted father of Joanne M. Seward; dear brother of the late Lucille Cicero, Anthony Rapisarda and Dante Rapisarda; beloved grandfather of Stacey Vandiver, Janet Wagoner, Matthew Seward and Ryan Seward; loving great-grandfather of Nate, Ben, Ana Lee, Colette, Keefe, Mitchell, Cooper, Teddy and Tommy; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home 1050 York Rd (beltway exit 26) on Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm where a Christian Wake Service will be held on Thursday at 7:30 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Leo's Church, Little Italy on Friday at 10:00 am. Entombment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
