On October 19, 2026, Philip Kurtz Jones, beloved husband of Darlynn F. Jones; devoted father of Beth Doerflein and her husband the late Wayne Doerflein and Chris Merchant and her husband Brian Merchant; loving grandfather of Nathan (Morgan), Philip (Katelyn), Wendy (Rob), Maria (Nick) and Andrew (Kristyna); cherished great grandfather of Glenn, Jayde, Bowie, Parker, Hazel, Issac, River, Casey and Sylvia; dear brother of Art Jones, Marilyn Young and Arlene Osbourne.

Visitation will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc., 7922 Wise Ave. on Monday from 10 AM to 12 PM. A funeral service will begin at 12 PM. Interment, Meadowridge Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her memory to the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church,8212 Philadelphia Rd., Rosedale, MD 21237.
