On December 3, 2012, Percy Lee Palmer, beloved husband of the late Roseline G. Palmer (nee Higgs); devoted father of Alvin L. Palmer and his wife Lorraine and Jimmy David Palmer and his wife Darlene; loving grandfather of Brian, Joshua and Jocelyn Palmer; great grandfather of Austin Palmer.
A funeral service will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc., 7922 Wise Ave. on Friday at 11 AM. Interment Gardens of Faith Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday from 3-9 PM.
