On April 27, 2025, Patrick H. O'Connell, Jr.; beloved husband of the late Norma M. O'Connell (nee Schollian); devoted father of Brian K. O'Connell (Tara Mulligan) and the late Patrick John O'Connell; dear brother of Peggy Milburn and Michael Dunne; also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Friends may call at the family owned Ruck-Towson Funeral home, Inc., 1050 York Road (at beltway exit 26) on Thursday, May 1, 2025, 2-4 & 6-8 PM, where a service will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025 at 10 AM. Interment Moreland Memorial Park.
