Patricia Lee Parrish, 61, of Cockeysville, Maryland, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Raised in Essex, Maryland, she was the beloved daughter of the late Frederick Lee Drescher and Mary Joseph (Holter) Drescher.

Pat was a 1981 graduate of Our Lady of Mount Carmel High School and held a bachelor's degree from Towson University. She was an employee of Baltimore County Government for twenty-two years, where she served as a grants administrator for the Health Department and management analyst and budget coordinator for the Support Operations Bureau of the Baltimore County Police Department. As community outreach, Pat served as a Baltimore County chief election judge for a number of years. Pat also volunteered for the Goodwill Thanksgiving Dinner and other service projects through Epworth and Hunt's Memorial United Methodist churches.

Pat was the devoted wife of Patrick Thomas Parrish. She was a loving member of the Drescher, Parrish, and Miranda families. In addition to her husband Tom, Pat is survived by her daughter, Abigail Gartrell, her son Barry Gartell, Abigail's husband Steve Miranda, sister Joan Drescher Cooper, brother Leo F. Drescher, and many nieces and nephews.

Pat's interests included gardening, yardwork (especially cutting the lawn), fishing, and crabbing.

The visitation and service is at Ruck Funeral Home, 1050 York Road, Towson, Maryland 21204 Interment will follow the service at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Baltimore, Maryland.
