On June 17, 2026 Patricia Lois Murphy passed away after a long hard-fought battle. Patricia was born in Baltimore, MD on June 18, 1959 to her late parents James E. and Helen L. Kahler. Patricia was preceded in death by her loving husband Paul Murphy. Patricia is survived by her devoted sister Colleen Humphries; sisters-in-law Peggy (Dougald) Priest, and Catherine Bossle; brothers-in-law Kevin (Catherine) Murphy, James (Patricia) Szymanik, and Stephen (Joan) Murphy. Also survived by many nieces, great-nieces, nephews, great nephews, cousins, family, and friends.

A memorial service will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc. 7922 Wise Avenue on Friday June 26, 2026 at 4 PM. The family will receive friends on Friday from 2-4 PM. In Lieu of flowers contribution may be made to the American Cancer Society.
