On August 8, 2025 Patricia Ann Graham passed away at her home. Patricia is survived by her loving husband Donald J. Graham, Jr., to whom she married on August 1, 1981. Patricia is also survived by her devoted son Micheal D. Graham (Danielle), granddaughter Jordan (Hunter); great granddaughters Maelyn and Emersyn, grandson Corbyn; Son Christopher Graham (Cassie); grandson Joshua, granddaughters Autumn and Evelyn. Patricia is also survived by one brother and two sisters.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday September 27, 2025 from 12-3 PM at the North Point Volunteer Fire Hall 7500 North Point Road, Sparrows Point, MD 21219
