On May 19,2026, Patricia Ann Copeland (nee Nuce) passed away after a lengthy illness. Patricia was the beloved wife of Dale Copeland for 21 1/2 years. She is survived by sons Edward and Andrew Snyder, Brothers James Nuce and John Ritz, and sister Karen Dow (Ritz). She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews. She was the beloved grandmother to Madilyn Snyder and great aunt to Willow Walters.
Patricia was born in Baltimore on February 12, 1958, grew up in Gray Manor and Middle River. She graduated from Patapsco Sr. High School in 1976. She worked for C&J Graphics for a number of years. She retired in 2022 after driving a school bus for Baltimore County.
Patricia was an avid card player at various functions and enjoyed playing different games. She excelled in organizing parties of various sizes. She took that talent to Bowleys Quarters Volunteer and Wise Avenue Volunteer Fire Companies helping make money for those organizations. She excelled in most everything she desired to do.
After 13 years of being together, she married the love of her life, Dale Copeland, on September 4, 2004. They lived happily together in Nottingham until her passing.
On July 26,2026, a Celebration of Life will be held from 3-6 PM at the Wise Avenue Volunteer Fire Company, 214 Wise Avenue, Dundalk, Md. 21222.
