Neil Stuart Woosley

Dundalk, MD — Neil Stuart Woolsey, 69 of Dundalk passed away on September 5, 2026 at Franklin Square Hospital.

Born on December 29th 1957  in Sinai Hospital to Muriel and Carroll Woolsey, Neil lived a life defined by love of family and the quiet strength he brought to those around him.

He was the devoted husband to Shirley Woolsey, with whom he shared 18 years of marriage. Together they built a home filled with loyalty, humor, and the kind of everyday care that lasts a lifetime.

Neil is survived by his beloved wife, Shirley Woolsey ; his four children, Christopher Woolsey, Ryan Woolsey, son In law Maurice Eatmon ,Danielle Woolsey, son Inlaw Nash Johnson and Jackie Brown, son In law Charles Brown IV, his brother, Kevin Woolsey; his sister, Robyn Stallings; seven grandchildren, Savanna Woolsey, Camron Woolsey, Matthew Ruta, Kaydence Wilson, Aaliyah Johnson, Kevin Johnson , Blu Eatmon, Lynn and Alexandria, and three great-grandchildren, Kyden Becoat, Lonnie Becoat and Ezriah Bivins Those who knew him will remember a man who put family first—a husband, father, brother, grandfather, and great-grandfather whose presence was steady and whose love was unmistakable. He leaves behind a family that will carry his memory in every gathering, every story, and every generation that follows.
