On August 29, 2026, Nancy Marie DeCarlo; devoted wife of the late James DeCarlo; beloved mother of Carolyn DeCarlo; dear sister of Janet Nelan and her husband James and Paul Pugh and his wife Barbara; loving daughter of the late Paul and Carolyn Pugh. Also survived by cherished nieces and nephews, and other loving family and friends. Visitation will be held at Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 York Rd., Towson, MD 21204 on Friday, September 4th, from 11 AM – 12 Noon when the Funeral Service will begin. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. Reception to follow at Liberatore's Restaurant, 9515 Deereco Rd, Timonium, MD 21093 from 3 – 5 PM.
