On February 19, 2012, Monsignor Richard E. Parks, beloved son of the late Charles Parks and Margaret Ellen Murphy Parks and devoted stepson of the late Mary Dorothy Doetzer Fromm Parks; Loving brother of Joseph and Betty Parks; Dear uncle of Jane Maccubbin, Kathleen Yelshin and George Michael Morris; great uncle of Trent and Brady Maccubbin and Alexander Yelshin. Also survived by many dear cousins, other relatives and many friends.


A Rite of Reception will be held at Sacred Heart of Mary Church, 6736 Youngstown Avenue on Friday at 12 Noon where Monsignor Parks will lie in state from 1PM until 7PM. A Vigil Service will be held at 7PM. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 11AM. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to
