On October 31, 2010 Melvin Bernard Piker, beloved husband of the late Palma L. Piker (nee Higgs), devoted father of Paul W. Piker and his wife Wilma, John W. Piker and his wife Ellen, Jerry B. Piker and his wife Patricia, and Steven M. Piker, long time companion of Alberta Jane Taylor and her family, also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

A Christian wake service will be held at the Family Owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk Inc. 7922 Wise Avenue on Wednesday at 7:30 PM. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Lukes Catholic Church on Thursday at 9 AM. Friends may call on Tue and Wednesday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. Interment gardens of Faith Cemetery
