On July 27, 2011 Melville T. Foster, Jr.; beloved husband of Jacqueline H. Foster (nee Hadd); devoted father of Chris A. Foster and his wife Sharon and Robin F. Rouse and her husband Chris; dear grandfather of Brittany and Cole Rouse and Jordyn Foster; son in law of Sigrund Garner.

Family will receive frends at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Rd. (beltway exit 26) on Saturday 2-4PM. A memorial service will be held at the Church of the Holy Comforter on Sunday at 2PM. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Church of the Holy Comforter Memorial Fund 130 W.
