On January 7, 2025, Mary Carole Flora passed away at her home; devoted mother of Melissa Flora and her husband John Herrell, loving grandmother of Hunter Herrell, beloved sister of Ella Mehl, Jeann Stoner (Robert), Janet Anderson (Jeff), Michael Flora (Jackie), Gary Flora (Tracey). Also survived by 23 nieces and nephews.

Mary was a free spirit. She was a lover of all animals. She was a proud maime to her grandson Hunter. She loved golf and spending  time outdoors; hiking, kayaking and going to the beach. Mary always put others before herself.

The family will receive friends at the family owned Ruck-Towson Funeral Home, 1050 York Road (at beltway exit 26), on Friday, January 10, 2025, 3-7 PM, with a Funeral Service being held at 5:30 PM. Interment private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Mary's name to an animal shelter of your choice.
