On June 10, 2011, Mary Jean Dowell (nee Orem), beloved wife of the late John F. Dowell; devoted mother of Bonnie L. Maher and her husband Mick; loving grandmother of Michael C. and Kenneth D. Maher; dear sister of Aileen Shearer and the late Doris Dittmar, Louis Orem, II and Nancy Kelly. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc., 7922 Wise Ave. on Tuesday at 10 AM. Interment Gardens of Faith Cemetery. Friends may call on Monday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM.
