On February 6, 2011 Mary Jane Culotta; beloved wife of Sam Culotta; loving mother of Tony and wife, Vanessa, Tom and wife, Kate, Patty, Chris and wife Sharon and Peggy and husband, Tim. Also survived by 12 grandchildren and one great-grandson.

Mrs. Culotta will lie in state at Oak Crest Chapel on Thursday 10-11 AM at which time Funeral Services will begin. Interment Gardens of Faith Cemetery.
