On July 20, 2011 Mary Elizabeth "Bettye" Collins (nee Frantz) beloved wife of the late Edward M. Collins; dear sister of Ann F. Shelor; dear sister-in-law of Lillian James and her husband Charles; also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens on Tuesday at 11:00 AM.
